Check the file size of the image, it may be too large. It is best to keep images under 600k if possible, uploading a 6MB image will take a long time and put strin on the server that it could do without! If you must upload a big picture, have patience, the image has to be uploaded and then resized, the bigger the longer this takes!
If the picture is too small, it will be stretched to fit, this can result in a blurry pixelated image. Check you are not uploading thumbnails instead of the actual image.
That may mean you have Internet Explorer 6. IE 6 is an awful browser that like many web developers, I have spent years fighting with to get it to do what I want. Its now out of date, it doesn't work and I no longer feel I should bother, please update your browser. IE6 is very unsecure anyway, you are leaving yourself open to hacking
If that's not it, have you got JavaScript turned off? If so, much of the site isn't going to work. My question is Why?
Otherwise, oops! There could be a bug, contact me and tell me exactly what you were doing, and which browser and operating system you use.
There will be a form soon, it's coming, but I've been concentrating of other things! Follow the link to my main site and use the one there for now. And no I will not be putting up an email address in the meantime!
Blame my good friends at the Omniscience forum and in particular Percy! What started as a thread on a buleitin board soon got unwieldy having to resize each image, find and upload to a picture hosting site and type out the BBcode, it was taking up to an hour to post a bimble, so I spent a couple of hours automating the process, and oops, BimBlog was born
Coming in the future:
Nope:
